Land Pro LLC Rebrands as Peoples Company

One farmland management and brokerage company has rebranded to reflect the name of another. Illinois-based Land Pro LLC announced on September 3 that it will move forward as Peoples Company.

Iowa-based Peoples Company bought Land Pro in January. The rebrand continues the transition.

Land Pro LLC Founder Ray Brownfield said in a statement, “After more than two decades of building Land Pro into a trusted partner for landowners, I’m excited to take this next step with Peoples Company. This rebrand isn’t just a name change—it demonstrates to our clients that we are investing in the future, with innovative technology and resources brought to bear by Peoples Company. With Peoples Company’s national reach and expertise, we are better positioned than ever to serve landowners with integrity, insight, and care.”

Peoples Company – which provides land management, brokerage, appraisal, capital markets, and energy solutions services – is licensed in more than 60% of the states in the country.

Peoples Company President Steve Bruere addressed the Land Pro rebrand in a statement. Bruere said, “Ray and his team have set the standard for professionalism in land management and brokerage, which is why we were so thrilled to bring them onto our team in January. Bringing Land Pro fully under the Peoples Company name was a natural evolution of our partnership. We’re proud to carry forward their legacy while expanding opportunities for clients across the country.”
